Creating Extraordinary Performance
Extraordinary Performance isn’t magic or an accident. Extraordinary Performance is performance beyond what was expected…noteworthy…remarkable. This 3-Day workshop provides an introduction to the skills and thinking that deliberately moves you to the next level of performance. If you have a strong discipline background and are ready to learn how-to deliberately work others to create exceptional solutions and partnerships, this multi-day course provides those skills and a forum to practice.
You and Success: Using the LIFO
This workshop is based on using the LIFO Assessment to provide participants with a framework for understanding how individuals conceptualize success.
The LIFO assessment lets people know the extent that their idea of success is focused on new ideas, the good of the organization, keeping peace and harmony, or getting the details right.
Upon request, a session can be provided that examines what to predict the the styles of others. This session uses the LIFO-Another Person survey to assist in predicting what another person needs to be able hear. It is a way of aligning with others rather than presenting in a way that aligns with the speaker.

Innovation by Design
The next piece of the Extraordinary Performance puzzle is Human-Centered Design. This course provides a method for deliberately creating innovative processes that engage people on their own terms to decrease confusion, mis-steps, and waste from not intuitively matching our needs with our work.

High Potential Multi-Session Program with Capstone Project
Elaine designed and has taught this high-potential program for professionals in the automotive industry since 2012. The program is designed to help high potential professionals who are discipline experts with intrinsic motivation learn the skills for developing high-performing partnerships with colleagues and communicating to a wider audience. This program begins with self-awareness and builds through leadership skills for communicating, resolving conflict, improving performance, negotiating to create value, to leading change.
Participants choose their own company-sponsored project, and Elaine mentors them through the process of finding an innovative solution.
This program is directly transferable to other companies and organizations. If you are looking for a way to engage your 25-35 year old employees with your business, or prepare professionals in engineering, purchasing, finance, logistics, and manufacturing to move into management roles, this program will accomplish that goal.
